This is Mother's Day, and for many mothers they are finally getting the appreciation they deserve, as the foundation of the family and the rock that holds everything in place.  Mothers, single parents, how do women do it all? Some are working jobs, raising infants, going to school, and doing it all without the help of a partner, a husband, a man to share the load. Yet, many women, using superb time management skills and the ability to "multi-task" to get everything done.  How can we create a more supportive extended family network for the single mother who has to handle it all by herself - for whatever reason, death, encarceration, emotional instability, drug addition, or alcoholism of the father of rhe children. Motherhood is a wonderful thing. How do we ensure that the next generation of mothers is equipt to steer their children in the right direction>
