The Pan African Connection: Is Color and Culture The Only Basis For Unity?

Africans in the diaspora have had many varied experiences as a result of the Trans Atlantic Slave Trade. Are Color and Cultural roots enough to create unity? Or does the key to cooperation among the people of African descent lie in a collective spiritual belief? How are cultural beliefs and practices impacting  trust and cooperation? Today’s guests, Hajji Hassiem Babbatu, and sister Aliyyah Rashid, are from the Pan African Ahmadi Muslim Association. They are here to tell us about an upcoming program on Saturday April 28 in Chicago from 1pm to 4pm at the AMC Center at 4420 S.
