Grandmothers, Mothers, What Wisdom Are We Passing To Our Daughters?

As we continue to celebrate women during this month of March, we look at the task of teaching culture and values, something that comes down through the women. What wisdom did our mothers teach us that we passed on to our daughters? What did we teach our daughters in preparation for  marriage and child rearing? The International League of Muslim Women is hosting its annual Grandmother, Mother, Daughter Brunch this Saturday March 10 in Chicago, to honor some of the women who have shared their wisdom in helping to teach and guid our daughters.
