Women Entrepreneurs International With B'Lov: Toure Muhammad Promotes "Black Chicago Eats"

Some of Chicago's outstanding restaurants throughout Chicago will be highlighted in a special promotional program initiated by Bean Soup Times Publisher Toure Muhammad called "Black Chicago Eats." Bean Soup Times is an online publication that informs, promotes and entertains readers with news and views of important people and events. Toure Muhammad, a contributing writer to the Final Call newspaper and a graduate of Morehouse College, joins us to discuss some of the Black Owned restaurants that have received high ratings from customers. We'll be visiting some of these restaurants during our live show, to give you personal feedback on the delicious cuisine. How difficult is it to start and run a restaurant? How do you train staff in good customer service? How do you pass health department inspections? We'll talk about these things with our guest today, Toure Muhammad.
