The eight year era of America's first Black President is nearly over, and Black Americans still have not receivred any recognition or reparation for the suffering of enslavement and the subsequent segregation. Other groups, immigrants, gays, etc. , have received special consideration by President Obama. to insure their rights are protecte. But what are the rights of the Jim Crow Genocide survivors? What should black people be demandiing from the President and Congress? Should Jim Crow Genocide Survivors have tax exempt status?
