The cities across America are suffering from poverty, crime and violence. Many blame the President of the United States for the local issues that could be resolved by their local city council. But a Council representative has to have the heart and the vision to create solutions in which all people's needs are met.  Rev. Gregory Seal Livingston, candidate for 4th Ward Alderman in the city of Chicago, discusses how his experience in leadership, job creation and peace making will help him make a difference as a representative in the city of City.
