Police Officer Assaults SC High School Girl: What Should Happen Next?

The very day President Barack Obama warned an international gathering of police chiefs about the latest technology that instantly exposes an officer's wrongdoing, the cell phone video of a police officer's vicious attack on a Spring Valley, South Carolina high school girl went viral. People around the world have watched the officer brutally choking and dragging across the floor a student in a classroom for what infraction? She wouldn't stop texting on her cell phone. Parents are outraged, but it seems that the officer is not alone in his guilt. Where were the adults in the school who should have protected her and stopped this? Have South Carolina police so terrorized the citizens that everyone is too afraid to hollar STOP?
