In elementary schools around the world children are learning English in preparation of interaction with English speaking people when they conduct business globally. In America some legislatorsare resistant to requiring English speaking children to learn another language. Why aren't we preparing our children for the global marketplace? Why aren't our children exposed to Chinese, Japanese, Arabic, French, German? Why haven't we even tried to get Yoruba, Twi, Swahili, or other African languages taught in our schools? Is there a way parents can address this issue themselves and prepare their own children to function in tomorrow's global business community
