The Black Lives Matter campaign is expanding to a global peace movement, to be launched this weekend in Chicago at the African Festival of the Arts. The aim is to draw frustrated, angry youth who are exploding into acts of violence. Organizers say young people can be helped to channel their frustration into an effective movement for peace.
