Uncle Remus Spreads Southern Food Culture To Northerners

Southern culture can be described as certain traditional foods served with an attitude of friendly hospitality. Uncle Remus Restaurant, a popular restaurant chain, is reflective of southern culture. Now its owners want to spread that old time culture of good home cooking and southern hospitality to the north, by adding more restaurants.
