The police in Ferguson are gearing up for a riot in anticipation of the Grand Jury's decision regarding whether to charge Darren Wilson in the shooting death of Michael Brown. The parents of Michael Brown are urging protesters to remain peaceful regardless of the outcome. But if there is no charge against Darren Wilson, should citizens be content to do nothing?
