Decades after the law required schools to provide sex education classes, we as a society are still suffering from the effects of immature teen parents and their poorly raised, misbehaving children. Perhaps what is needed is a required  Family Class  - teaching adolescents how to become spouses and parents in order to put their sex education in the proper context. What do you think such a class should look like? What skills should students be taught? Would this upset people who claim schools shouldn't teach "moral values"? How would YOU design a Family class, and at what age should it be required - 5th grade? 7th grade? 9th grade? 11th grade?
