Real Love or Artificial Love: What's the Difference?

We often believe we have "fallen in love" only to have the relationship end badly, with anger and hurt feelings as two people who once thought they loved each other wind up as bitter enemies. What is real love? How can we tell whether what we feel is spiritual attraction or lust of the flesh? How do we know if the person we think we love is sincere or merely pretending, saying all the right things in order to "get" us? What does real love look like, and should we listen to the advice of others or listen to our own hearts when choosing a mate? Is it better to fall in love or have an arranged marriage and let the love grow over time?
