How Do You Reform A Lawless Adult?

There are those among us who have the skill to reach the unreachable - the hardened criminals.  Those who have succeeded touching the souls of hard core criminals talk about the special love and patience it takes to reach a soul lost in darkness.   What do you say to a person who is doing time in jail and as no remorse? Is every soul reachable? Or should some people just be written off as evil? How do you reach the unreachable? Some have demonstrated how.
