Fighting Against Fraud and Wrongdoing with Clint Krislov

For over 30 years, Clint Krislov has taken on the federal government and fought for the rights of consumers, investors and taxpayers. As a class action and public interest lawyer, Mr. Krislov heads the Chicago-based firm, Krislov Law(Krislov& Associates, Ltd.), battling corporate and government wrongdoing. Among his many accomplishments, Mr. Krislov has forced improvements in the City’s pension funding, and he has saved retirees’ promised healthcare coverage.  Mr. Krislov has recovered hundreds of millions of dollars for defrauded investors, and has protected the ballots of absentee voters, and has stopped felon aldermen in Illinois from regaining their old offices.  Most recently Mr. Krislov has obtained refunds for holders of Sharper Image gift cards, and he is fighting to get the same benefits for holders of gift cards in the Borders bookstore bankruptcy (with over $150 million outstanding in unredeemed gift cards). Mr. Krislov is a graduate of Cornell University Law School, and Northwestern University.
