The ten councils of the Planetary Prince's corporeal staff were the vanguard of the world plan to uplift primitive humanity; valuable skills and lessons were taught by these superhuman educators. Their motive was progression by evolution and not revolution by revelation.  But practically all of the wonderful human gains of those days were wiped out by the Caligastia catastrophe of deception and sedition.
