Susun Weed answers 90 inutes of herbal health questions follwed by a 30 minute interview with Kathleen Archambeau. Kathleen is a longtime LGBTQ activist. She is one of the founding members of the LGBT wing of the SF Public Library and was VP of the board of one of the oldest mental health nonprofit agencies serving the LGBTQ community. With her wife, Kathleen won two bronze medals in same-sex ballroom dancing at the Gay Games in Cologne, Germany. Currently, Archambeau serves as the Secretary of the Board of the 100-year-old Women's National Book Association — SF Chapter. She is a legacy donor to the University of Iowa Writers Workshop, with a targeted scholarship for LGBTQ writers. After a thriving corporate career and adjunct professorship at several SF universities, Kathleen is working on a novel with a queer theme after publishing two nonfiction books on inspiring profiles of LGBTQ icons and artists. She lives in the SF Bay Area.
