Phil brings an impressive background to the table, including Bachelor's and Master's Degrees in Electrical Engineering from M.I.T., studying Biophysics at John Hopkins, experience teaching engineering and physics at colleges in Virginia and Maryland, and a J.D. degree from the University of Maryland School of Law.

Through his experience as a lawyer, founding multiple businesses and serving the Boards of 6 organizations, Phil has addressed many issues businesses encounter, in the process becoming an expert negotiator and mentor.

Phil currently provides consultation services encompassing negotiation, intellectual property law and other legal matters for small businesses.
