Award-Winning Author Mark David Gerson: Acts of Surrender

Award-winning author and screenwriter Mark David Gerson shares insights from his new memoir "Acts of Surrender" about his remarkable journey of trust and discovery.  

Towards the end of the show, in awareness of National Marriage Equality Day, Mark David and host Susan Larison Danz discuss the undercurrents in society surrounding the Chick-Fil-A controversy, with Mark David bringing in the perspective of the LGBT community and Susan reflecting about what she learned from her past evangelical background.

Mark David is the creator of "The Q'ntana Trilogy" of fantasy novels and films, currently under development.  The first book in the series "The Moonquest" has won multiple awards, as has Mark David's highly acclaimed book on writing and creativity "The Voice of the Muse: Answering the Call to Write".  Mark David is also the channeler of the recently re-released book "The Book of Messages".
