Insecurity has a lot to do with fear. Fear that you aren't good enough. Fear that someone will leave you. Fear that time will run out. Fear that you are putting your all into something that may be fleeting. The good thing about insecurity it that with a good explanation, you can reason or rationalize insecurity away. You can go from being insecure to being secure after a while. Jealousy is more personal. It doesn't always have a reasonable starting point and almost never ends. Jealousy is relentless. It requires action. Jealousy will try to hide, but will reveal itself every time it gets a chance.Jealousy is ugly and it doesn't care about it's appearance. It almost always tries to justify itself and always makes excuses. The people who succumb to jealousy are often victims. Let's talk.
