Domestic silence. that's what we're talking about. When you are not speaking to someone in the same house that you live, or the family that you come from. This can happen for a variety of reasons, from the most petty reasons, to the most serious reasons. There can be peace in silence and there can also be a war being raged in someone's silence. When someone is not speaking to you, you can feel it, especially if the two of you are in close quarters. What quarters are closer than in the home? Usually the reason for the silence is clear to the parties that are involved. They know what's going on, even if they don't share it with everyone else. What's the solution? Let's talk about it. This phenomenon happens in the workplace too. There is no place for it in the workplace, but it is definitely there. What 's the solution for it? Does HR have the solution for it?
