Is the 2nd chance overrated in our world? Do we give people 2nd chances with unrealistic expectations of what they can give us? Do we outright give people 2nd chances, or do we start counting where we want it to count? Do we manipulate people with the whole 2nd chance declaration? What about the 3rd strike? How much faith do we put into the 3rd strike? Does it really mean that we're out? If the 2nd chance is questionable, what about the 3rd strike?  Are these baseball related approaches to conduct working for us?
