Sometimes you need to say it just the way it is. Sometimes you need to pad it, so people don't get upset, or take it the wrong way. Some people can't help speaking their minds as they see it. They might not be as tactful as some situations might call for. It can cause problems. Some people can't help but beat around the bush, pad their words and try to be indirect, while being direct. These people often complain about getting played. There are exceptions to both. Which works better for you?
