Man, at work, you hear disgruntled employees saying this all the time, but why do you hear it more when people get in trouble, or when things get bad? Is it the case where people don't know what they're getting paid when they start a job? We al know what a job is hitting for when we take a job. The thing is that we actually want the jobs that we take when we interview for them. Why don't we scream about not getting paid when we are disciplined for misconduct on the job? What about other parts of our lives that cause us pain and stress? Relationships, parenting, diet, exercise, friendships, love, marriage, religion, etc. Re we getting paid enough for those things? Oh, we don't get paid anything for those things, do we? LOL. Let's rap.
