One thing that people hate is when someone gets credit for something that they did not do. When they get credit for someone else's work, time and effort. Supervisors and managers are notorious for taking the credit for getting jobs done, when they were only the overseer. We all should know that we don't all receive our blessings at the same time. We also should know that there are times when someone likes us more than someone else and will hype us up over someone else, even if someone else is a little better. Would you call it straight down the line, if you were the one benefiting from the credit? Let's talk.
