There are many ways and many times that people get injured during the act of sex. It can range anywhere from stumping your toe, to getting a Charlie horse. Technically, if you get a passion mark during sex that you didn't mean to get, that's a form of an accident, but some passion marks have lead to an emergency room visit. People have had heart attacks during sex. Some have died from heart attacks from sex. The introduction of ED treatment drugs like Viagara introduced heart attacks and even situations where some men could not "Get it down" so to speak. Many of the incidents like these and others go unreported because of embarrassment. It doesn't mean that people won't tell other people that they know though. Have any unorthodox accidents happened to you during a sexual encounter? Pregnancy is a big accident to many. LOL.
