Are you usually clear about what you expectations about what you want from something, or someone, or do you usually let people dictate what the terms will be? When you hire a contractor to do work for you, for example, do you make the contractor outline exactly what you want and be sure that they put it in the contract, or do you let them tell you what they are going to do, based on what you are paying them? Do you go for what you want as if you are paying top dollar for it, or do you act as if someone is doing you a favor? Do you set the expectation for what you expect to be paid at work, or do you work as if you are lucky to have a job? Do you set the expectation? Do others set the expectation for you?
