You could be called bougie just for eating healthily. You could be called bougie for spelling things correctly. 

You could be called bougie for not associating with people who are dangerous.

You could be called bougie for growing up in a 2-parent family.

You could be called bougie for insisting that all your children gave the same mother and father.

You could be called bougie for not eating shrimp that has the shell still on it, or for not wanting to eat crabs.

You could be called bougie for never being on welfare, or never being out of work.

There is so many things that can get a Black person labeled as bougie. Let's look at all of them.....well, as many as we can.
