Most of us complain about the automated system on the telephone, but what about other things that have cost people their jobs, or have limited them?

Recently, the state of New York took away toll booths and they now send you a toll bill at whatever house the car you drive is registered. That took away jobs, but made traffic much faster. Is that good?

Washers, dryers and refrigerators all have wifi capability now. Is that a good thing?
