Some women wear a weave and many believe that natural is the best way to go. For OUR people, there is a lot more at stake than beauty, or lack thereof.

For our people, there's a constant debate about whether wearing weave or wigs is an assault on our perception of beauty. Do we wear wigs becaue we want to appear to have straight, flowing hair like other races and nationalities?

Do Black men prefer women who wear weave, or do they like women who wear their hair naturally? What do They REALLY prefer? There are an awful lot of differring opinions on this matter.

Many women who wear weaves and wigs claim that it has absolutely nothing to do with having low self-esteem, or having an preference for European beauty. Do you believe that?

Of course there's much more to all of this. A whole lot more, as you can imagine.
