Is it possible to be held down by your feelings? Can your feelings hold you back from succeeding?

Have you ever felt like you were a slave to your emotions? Like everything that you say or do has to be tied to the way you feel in some way?

Have you ever felt like the way that you feel about things has gotten in the way of you being able to feel happy?

Are we always aware that happiness is an emotion too? Do we subliminally believe that our path to success is somehow always blocked by some unseen force?

Do you break down and cry a lot? Is that wrong? Is it symbolic of weakness to you? Is it like cleansing to you? Does it help? Does it happen in front of people, or mostly when you're alone?

Are people only emotional when people can witness it?

Why is it that when someone is really happy about something, people don't say that they are emotional until they are so happy that they cry?

Has your emotions ever gotten you fired from a job? Broken a friendship? Ruined a relationship?

Have you become more or less emotional over the years? Emotional in what ways?

What does being emotional mean to you?
