We fight for love but we deny it. We fight for independence even if that's not what we really want. We phyiscally fight for things and claim that the fight wasn't worth it even if it may have been. We fight to keep a steady income even if we don't like the job. We fight for our families to stay together. We fight for friendship and get let down.  We fight for so many things in our lives that we often forget what we're even fighting for. Every fight ain't worth the battle we say.

We have slangs like "winning" to describe how someone who is not worthy is getting the upperhand on us in some way. What is "winning"? Who is "winning"? What constitutes a win? What do we do to win? Does someone have to lose in order for us to win?
