Appearances don't always tell the whole story about a person. We may think that beacuse a person my look non-threatening and unassuming, that they are soft, or a pushover. Not true.
We might think that because someone looks big and strong and intimidating, that they are hard and dangerous. We may find out that they have feelings just like anyone else and they need love.
Whay do we think that we can tell so muuch about a person just by looking at them? What do we really know?
