Sometimes people get behind on their bills and have to borrow a little cash to make ends meet for a little while. Some people just borrow money on a regular basis because they can't manage money well.
When people borrow money from someone that they know, they either pay back quick, or they stretch it out over a period of time. Sometimes they are really slow to pay back, or they have no intention of paying back whatsoever. Normally those people make themselves hard to catch up to. Then you have the person that borrows and hangs around you so that they can borrow more.They didn't even pay you back from before.
