Uncoventional unions have been formed because of this.

While infidelity in a relationship seems to be a totally negative ideal, others have found ways to implement it into their lives to reduce its negative effects. Some have been introduced into the swinging culture to allow infidelity as a supplement to their unions.

Some have been able to move past a relationship in which they were cheated on and have been able carry on without taking their baggage to the next relationship. Some have really taken being cheated on personally and have needed counseling to help them be able to trust again.
