This show is about STUFF WE OWN! STUFF!
Things are just things or are they? Do some of the things we own have spiritual value to us? On a less mature level, didn't we used to believe that new sneakers (tennis shoes for some, or tennis) make us run faster? It was al mental right? It still worked from what I remember though. We believed it even when we went to church right? Can it actually be spiritual on some level? What if you're not religious at all? Can it?
Have you ever been accused of giving too much value to the "stuff" you own (especially when you're very young right)? Do you control how something you own to the degree that people look at you funny? Think i.e. car ( some people will yell at you if you even fart in their new car), couch, tv, jewelry, house, clothes, electronics etc.
What about heirlooms? Should we cherish stuff from people just because they may be expensive? Does everything Grandma gave us have spiritual value? Does it matter what other people think about that?
This show is about waaaaaay more than money. It's about the value of the stuff that money has already bought and how we look at it.
