We will look at many of the mandatory and voluntary biological testing programs that are available. Think about these questions: Should flu shots and H1N1 virus shots be mandatory? Should couples be required to be tested for HIV before marriage? Should prison inmates be required to submit DNA samples even if their crimes were not sexual in nature? Are our children's vaccine requirements constitutional and necessary? Do you trust government recommended vaccines or immunizations? Should we use humans for biological testing? Should we use animals? Do you trust your government? Should we? Can we?
