This week on the HR Happy Hour Show, we will do the first of our planned HRevolution - Las Vegas preview shows. In the weeks leading up to the event, we will welcome some of the session leaders lined up for Las Vegas, and talk to them about their sessions, about the HRevolution, and about some of the other current and pressing issues affecting the world of Human Resources and the workplace today.

First up are returning HRevolution session leaders Dwane Lay and China Gorman. Dwane and China plan on taking on technology at the HRevolution - Las Vegas; specifically how technology can play a critical role in HR and organizational success, and be a real differentiator when leveraged in the right way. 

We will talk to Dwane and China about their views on technology, and also about some broader and wide-ranging topics that are on the minds of HR leaders today. Just like you never really know where an HRevolution-style session will go, you can't be sure where the conversation on this weeks HR Happy Hour will lead, but rest assured it will be interesting.
