Sometimes, our busy lives eat up the time we would like to devote to nourishing our spirit with the Christian message. Modern technology affords us the ability to hear the Word of God through radio broadcasts that offer music, scripture readings, talk shows, and personal testimonies. This medium allows the listener to keep hope and inspiration close and even take it with us when on the road.

Kim Tisor is the Morning Show host for KTLF, a Christian, listener-supported radio station based in Colorado Springs, Colorado. During the three and a half hours that Kim hosts the morning show Sonrise, she shares a selection of light praise music by well-known Christian artists, information about upcoming Christian events and entertainment in Colorado, regular weather updates, and personal thoughts about her daily walk with God.

Despite her cheerful presence each weekday morning on the air waves, Kim is facing a personal trial that has tested her faith. She shares the twists and turns of her journey with her listeners, challenging them to explore their own relationship with God.
