Join WORDS MAKE PEOPLE on Sunday October 22, 2017 from 1-3 p.m. EST as we discuss with Imam Ronald Shaheed, Brother Wali Karim and Muslim Journal editor Ayesha K. Mustafaa why we give the title ‘Honorable’ to Mr. Elijah Muhammad”.

Allah says in the Qur’an, the final revelation to humanity, “Verily We have honored the children of Adam…”

Every human being, including Mr. Elijah Muhammad, are honorable children of Adam; still many Muslim cringe or show outright disgust when the honorific title “Honorable” is attributed to Elijah Muhammad.

We readily recognize that the Honorable Elijah Muhammad did not teach Islam according to the common standards of universal Islam. But let us not forget that even Mr. Elijah Muhammad said, “I’m not here to teach you Islam. The one to come after me will teach you Islam. My job is to clean you up.”

Did Elijah Muhammad ever claim to be a prophet? What did he mean when he called himself “The Messenger of Allah”? Also what is meant by his statement, “My mission goes to my grave with me.”?

Join us on Sunday October 22, 2017 from 1-3 p.m. EST or listen online at: http://www.blogtalkradio.com/station-iwdm/2017/10/22/why-we-title-elijah-muhammad-honorable-wronald-shaheed-ayesha-mustafaa

ALSO we will discuss with Imam Ronald Shaheed the six (6) books he has edited and published of his conversations with Imam W. Deen Mohammed.
