John C. Turner, M.S. aka "The Professor JT" is a native of and current resident in Indianapolis, Indiana.

John is an alumni of Indiana State University where he received his B.S. in Electronics Technology (2005) and M.S. in Student Affairs and Higher Education (2007).
After graduation from Indiana State University, John strives to live a life of Excellence in Jesus Christ and lives a life to encourage the young and old alike to be passionate in every facet of their lives.

John currently works as a College Success Coordinator for Center for Leadership Development and Adjunct Professor at Ivy Tech Community College, where also at Ivy Tech he has lead Initiatives as being the Coordinator of the Male Empowerment Summer Bridge Program and Lead Instructor of the IVYT F.O.C.U.S. Course for Black Males. John is currently pursuing his PhD in Urban Education at the IU School of Education in the City of Indianapolis, IN at IUPUI. John’s academic research focus will look into the retention and success of the Minority Males and Black College Students.

John’s works have crossed the globe as John is the author of the book The Art Form of P.A.S.S.I.O.N. John has been a Conference Speaker, Community Panelist, and Keynote Speaker on issues such as Trending Worldwide Topics, Racial and Diversity Situations, Educational Discussions, & Men and Women Issues.
