To answer the question of What is Obama's Legacy requires having an understanding of the various perceptions and expectations on his 8 years in the White House.  The answers come from looking at the impact he had Internationally as well as domestically.  Most Black Americans admired and appreciated him in the first 4 years of his administration.  Our views of him changed as we scaned the internet and learned alot more about the activities going on that we were unaward of like Drone bombing and Hillary Clinton's behavior as his Secretary of State.  Let's take a look at those 8 years and ask the question Can we, as a people, do better in this expanding technological era?  Yes we Can!!!
