Leon Sylvers III is without question a natural born leader, who requires your complete cooperation, and focus on whatever the work at hand is! Band members of Dynasty would jokingly call him "The Dictator", because we had to follow his instructions to the letter! There was a pay off as a results in doing so when we found ourselves as one of the tightest group of musicians in The Solar camp.
