After You Say Hello: Progress or Polarization?

What you say after you say “hello” can make all the difference as to the course your life path may take, win or lose, stressed Eric Berne, M.D.. Berne, the author of What Do You Say After You Say Hello?, also, authored the runaway best seller of the late 1960s, Games People Play, and was the architect of Transactional Analysis (TA).

By way of introducing her “Lean In” Legacy Template, show host, Anastasia Rosen-Jones, draws upon this central tenet of TA theory. To create this template, Anastasia, a retired psychotherapist, Certified Transactional Analyst and Gestalt therapist, builds on more than forty years of analyzing and treating dysfunctional relationship patterns.
