The Jerusalem Post reports that former Secretary of State John Kerry is negotiating directly with the Palestinian Authority, reportedly encouraging Mahmoud Abbas to 'stay strong and do not give in to Trump.'
If this is true, it appears to be a clear violation of the Logan Act, which prohibits unauthorized negotiations that undermine the government's position.
