California's legislature is about to pass a bill making it illegal for journalists to report on undercover recordings even if they didn't make those recordings. It's a response to videos last year showing Planned Parenthood employees discussing fetal tissue sales. This bill is so straight out of 1984 that even the ACLU is against it.
