Why Kamala Harris May Lose Black Women Voters in the Rural South Throughout the rural South Black women and girls suffer everything from sex trafficking, housing red lining, disparity in educational funding, and discrimination in professional licensing all ignored by the Biden- Harris White House and DOJ. This week Kamala Harris will travel to areas of the State often ignored even by Democrat stronghold in DeKalb, Fulton and Gwinnett counties. Harris will need the votes of Blacks from Clayton, Dougherty, Chatham and surrounding areas in the Black belt of Peach, Perry, Albany and Richmond County in Augusta.
