this week I will conduct a series of episodes about dismantling and restructuring federal mandatory minimums. I will also discuss convictions under RICO and CCE. This week the United States members of Congress will convene judiciary hearings pertaining to mandatory minimums Senators from Texas, Utah, Vermont and Kentucky meet to discuss federal mandatory minimums. Discussions are lead by Senator Patrick Leahy.  Rand Paul gives testimony as does Brett Tolman and Ken Burns..
