Hello everyone, I am Leonna Abraham Brandao, Host for Blog Talk Radio/ Shedding Light. We have been talking for years, about injustice in America, of the tampering of evidence by law enforcement, prosecutorial misconduct, solitary confinement, prison abuses, deprivations, provocations, harrassments and so many other types of injustice.. We also speak often of the Mass Incarcerations in this country, as a result of wrongful convictions, retaliatory sentencing, racism, corruption and so much more within the government.

Today we have on with us Lauren (Elle) Bellis and Jamilee Young, Co-Founders of, Massachusetts Incarcerated Individual Advocacy (MassIIA) which is a community organization whose members advocate for the humane treatment of incarcerated individuals in the state of Massachusetts. Their Organization consists of Family Members and Friends of currently and formerly incarcerated individuals in Massachusetts prisons, jails, and detention facilities. Let's Welcome Lauren  (Elle) Bellis and Jamilee Young.
