Hello everyone, I am Leonna Abraham Brandao, Host for Blog Talk Radio/ Shedding Light.

Tom Dormer joins us again for his weekly Thursday's Discussion this week on incarceration, prison issues, releases and the goals of incarcerated individuals beyond releases into the communities. Tom had dreams of becoming a Professional Athlete until one mistake at the age of 19 years, leading to four years in prison, put a halt to that dream. When released from prison at the age of  23 years, he moved to California to attend College to fulfill that dream, until he suffered an injury which forced him to move his focus to another area, and that focus is now on starting a nonprofit organization to work with the incarcerated men and women. Please welcome Thomas Dormer.
